- Advising a leading resources company on contract negotiations, administration and IP management for their R&D both in Australia and overseas
- Establishing companies, using venture capital funds, to develop and commercialise hearing aids and devices and to develop, manufacture and sell organic compounds to the pharmaceutical industry
- Advising a major property developer regarding the establishment of an on-line business focusing on the distribution of architectural plans
- Developing a win-win commercialisation strategy for a bio-tech firm with an international partner
- Acting as the- in-house counsel for an Australian bio-tech company, which involves preparing or reviewing all agreements, collaborations, confidentiality arrangements, contracts, licensing agreements or term sheets, as well as helping them manage their extensive patent portfolio.
- Advised a start-up bio-tech company on funding agreements (state and federal); membership agreements; research project agreements, fellowship agreements and scholarship agreement; and also managed their application for tax exemption.
