Public sector organisations have requirements that differ from those of the private sector. FAL understands the reality of government administration. We also understand the dynamic relationship between law and public policy. Legal advice must consider those sensitivities while remaining in tune with the policy context in which advice is given.
The firm's extensive government experience was recently recognized by its re-appointment to the Victorian Government's Legal Panel in the area of Intellectual Property and Technology Law. We have particular expertise in:
