Memberships:   Licensing Executives Society (LESANZ), the Intellectual Property Society of Australia Inc, the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria. Jenni is an advisor to the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry and a director of INAP Limited, a consortia of international mining companies based out of Australia.

Jenni has been a partner in FAL since 1993 and is admitted to practice in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. She is a member of a number of institutes including the Licensing Executives Society, Intellectual Property Society of Australia Inc, Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and is an advisor to the International Women's Federation of Commerce and Industry. She is also a director of INAP Limited, a consortia of international mining companies based out of Australia.

Relevant experience

  • Providing advice and preparing agreements on space law, including drafting documents for the launch of a satellite comprising documentation of the research consortium and advising on its financial structure
  • Drafting regulations and legislation
  • Creating documentation for remote sensing unincorporated joint venture, which was attached to an Act of the Western Australian Parliament
  • Providing advice and preparing model documentation for the conduct of research with major mining industry corporations
  • Drafting suites of model agreements for use by research based clients in Australia and UK
  • Drafting intellectual property statutes for various universities
  • Advising on privatization issues within statutory corporations
