Profile:

 

Trinidad Wallace practices in the areas of commercial law, contract law, intellectual property, media and entertainment and employment.

Trinidad graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 1998. Trinidad also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Catholic University of Chile majoring with Honours in Chemistry.

Trinidad completed her Articles of Clerkship in a major commercial law firm in Melbourne where she continued on to practice as a solicitor. She subsequently worked as in-house lawyer and compliance manager for the technology business units at one of the four major Australian banks.

Prior to joining FAL in June 2008, Trinidad worked as a media and entertainment lawyer in a commercial law firm in Melbourne.

Trinidad also advises on:

  • intellectual property protection and commercialisation
  • commercial contracts including research and development contracts, intellectual property licensing, commercialisation agreements and technology transfer agreements
  • film and television investment, licensing, distribution and production contracting
  • audio productions licensing
  • music publishing and administration
  • employment law
  • privacy law

Trinidad is fluent in Spanish, both oral and written, and was accredited by NAATI as a Spanish translator.
