Corporate governance is a growing critical issue to Australian businesses. The recent wave of corporate collapses is subjecting companies, large and small, to increased scrutiny by regulators and stakeholder groups.

Several of FAL's senior practitioners are board members of significant public or private organisations and can provide relevant advice on corporate governance and related company secretarial issues based on their practical and personal experience. Led by Peter Francis and Jenni Lightowlers, the FAL team has an informed understanding of how evolving government policy is likely to affect the law.
